Fix Masked Shaco's skin.
In game Masked Shaco does not look like his splash art. In my opinion his splash art looks better, but at least make them look the same (For example, make his in game mask gold and not red).

While I agree that Masked Shaco is lackluster its not likely to be touched until Shaco gets his Visual update and that might not be until he gets his supposed Gameplay update/tweaks. we're likely to be waiting a long while.
