So my least favorite Shyvana 
skin has always been Darkflame. I like the idea of an evil Shyvana or a what if she went to Noxus instead of Demacia, but it's just so boring of a skin and that huge boob window just looks silly for a character who's not flirtatious in the least. So I tried a more dark looking idea with more dragon looking armor, it mostly looks like Championship Shyvana went through a goth phase though.

On another note, while I do like the theme of the armor representing her dragon side in the way of horns and scales there is always more to explore. The idea of a skins is to be able to change the fantasy of the character as much as enhancing their own special characteristics. And, it would be cool if there were skins for Shyvana that either featured a more primal in-between of her human and dragon forms (like the natural horns and scales in OPs concept) or even feature her in some opposing themes that have calmer feel to them.

As far as sexualization goes, Of course almost all champions suffer from this including a lot of males. The boob window is dumb and Riot knows it, but if it sold more I'm sure there would be no second thought on if they should.

I hope that ALL her skins, Ice/DF/Bone etc. are all de-sexualized and more focus is put on making her feel like a Juggernaut at all times.
Aside from the skintight boob armor you'll never see the new DF does show promise they will stray from it.
You concept though removes Shyvanas helm and much like Ironscale loses Shyvanas core feature, making her look more like just another Anime girl rather than Shyvana. Keeping it on at all times and making the helm her horns like ALL her skins (Shyvana does not have horns on her head) recaptures her.
Also everything neck down is glorious good job, only thing I'd add is something to her right should. That asymmetry is something I truly enjoy about her.
