Champion Concept: Cobamen, Emperor over Elements

1. Overview Recommended Role: Mage Recommended Lane: Mid Race: Human Gender: Male Type: AP Caster
2. Abilites Passive (Mixed Elements): Every spell cast, Cobamen stores a stack of the associated element. The stacks stay for 3 seconds, after which they fade off. If Cobamen casts a spell while he has a stack, that stack is consumed, and a bonus effect is applied to the spell, with a (possible) visual effect added. Spells that have a bonus effect will give a stack of the native element, but not of the bonus effect element. Rock applies a 25% slow to enemies hit for 3 seconds. Wind prevents enemies from leaving an ability's AOE for 1 second. Water reduces the armor, MR, AP, and AD of enemies by 30% for 2 seconds. Fire burns enemies for 250 (+75% AP) magic damage over 5 seconds.
Q (Soft ground): Cobamen softens the ground in an area, slowing enemies for 30/35/40/45/50%, and dealing 25/50/75/100/125 (+100% AP) magic damage. leaving the area causes the slow to decay over 2.5 seconds. 15 Second Cooldown. Costs 30/40/50/75/100 Mana. Associated with rock
W (Wind Push): Cobamen summons a strong wind that picks up a target enemy, dropping thema short distance farther away from himself. When the wind finishes the relocation, it circles around the area, preventing enemies from leaving the spot for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, as well as dealing 25/30/35/40/50 (+30/40/50/60/70% AP) magic damage. 16 Second Cooldown, Costs 50 Mana. Associated with wind.
E (Watery Downpour): Cobamen summons pelting rain over a target enemy, following their movements. Any enemies in a small AOE around the target champion take 5/10/15/20/25 (+50% AP) magic damage per second, as well as losing 20/25/30/40/50% of their armor, MR, AP, and AD for as long as they are under the cloud and for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds afterward. 10/9/8.5/8/8 Second Cooldown. Costs 100 Mana. Associated with water.
R (Fire Pillar): Cobamen pulls a pillar of lava from the core of Valoran, knocking up enemies in the center for 1/1.5/2 seconds, as well as igniting any enemies hit, or immediately around the pillar for 100/150/200 (+75% AP) damage over 3 seconds. 120/105/90 Second Cooldown. Costs 150 Mana.

Notes Cobamen is based off the four western elements: Water, Air, Fire, and Earth Cobamen was designed to be bursty, but also able to deal sustained damage if he wishes to, at the cost of some effects. Effects cannot modify the ability that caused them. The abilities' names suck. need better ones.
