A new Skeleton Champion?

Alright, everyone knows Halloween is right around the corner, which means its the best time for a new spooky champion.

What kind of new champion you ask? I'm pretty sure its something that we've all been waiting for. Imagine the puns, imagine the rad sounds, imagine, a skeleton champion

He/She/Skelly could be melee, throw bones, or be a rad jungler that gets stronger off of champions bones/jungle monsters/minions.

Late game he could become a true skeleton monster, imagine Nito The Gravelord from Dark Souls 2, wouldn't that be rad?

Phreak, I know you're out there, I know you have material for a skeleton champion. Make my dreams come true.

They can't- censorship in some countries would get LoL banned outright.

((Note: By 'some countries,' I mean China, and it's not just a censorship thing- skulls are seen as culturally bad, something about dishonor or something. I'm not that familiar with Chinese/Eastern Asian Culture.))

Upvote for Dark Souls :) Although you have that wrong, Nito is in the first Dark Souls. Nashandra could be a good champ inspiration from Dark Souls 2, but Karthus is pretty close to that already

Some people here mentioned already the chinese censorship preventing us from getting a skeleton as a champion,however there is one thing that should be possible:

An inhuman skeletal champion. You know like a bone dragon or a skeletal beast or whatever.

We can be pretty sure that these are ok in china,because skins like jurassic Chogath & KogMaw are not banned in china.
