Shadow Prince Malzahar Visual Update

With being reworked, I had a small hope for Shadow Prince Malzahar actually getting yellow spell effects. When I first got Malzahar in 6.5, I instantly fell in love with the skin. I thought it was a nice blend of color and made sense for his lore. What really got me drooling at the mouth for this skin was what the splash art conveyed to me: A corrupted gold and black psychic that could command the void via his magical prowess, commanding a sparkling, golden gate to close upon all of his and making their ability to cast spells null and void, holding them in place while he stares into his helpless victim's soul, with a golden telepathic tether to bind his mind to his enemy's psyche, their being. All while doing the MC Hammer dance. The yellow swirls around his hands and his pale, green glowing eyes staring at his summoner, what's not to love? I instantly dished out the five dollars to buy it. I made the mistake of not actually watching any showcases of the skin and on my first game I was very, very disappointed. It wasn't even the fact that I felt like I was misinformed, I was upset because I felt like the Splash art flat out lied to ME. I really didn't know what I was thinking, considering it was only 520 RP. I feel like if Riot's not going to change his splash art, they could at least change his particle effects. Let's weigh out the pros and the cons

PROS -New Particles for an old skin: S.P. was made in 2010. His last skin (Snow Day ) was December 2014. He hasn't gotten a new skin in a year, and two of his five skins are legacy. Like an updated splash art for an old champion, updating his spell effects would be a refreshing change for the Seer from Shurima -He's Current: Right off of the reworking table, Malzahar is now being played noticeably more than he did before. Since more people are accessing him, the skin would appeal to more people -Minimal Effort Needed: Changing his particles from purple and blue to yellow and black/white wouldn't take much time or resources. The most effort Rito Riot would need to put in would be to change his Voidlings to yellow and black. I would assume it would at most, less than 4 months. -It Would Look Pretty Cool: Think about it, you cast his W and out pops yellow Voidlings with black, bone appendages, or casting your Ult and the null zone beneath them is a nice contrast of yellow and blacks, as his forehead beam shoots yellow and whites, harmonizing in a perfect gradient. You have to admit, it'd be pretty sweet(I might be embellishing though). Price Would Remain: The skin would most likely get a raise in price. 520 RP skins are generally just recolors, nothing more. An example of this are Deadly and Swamp Master Kennen, and Assassin Master Yi. Snow Day as an example, He has a new model, different spell effects, and his Voidlings have a new model. Overlord Malzahar has a new model, as well as his Voidlings, but not his spells. They both cost 975 RP. Nightmare Cho'Gath is a recolor, with different colors for his spells and was 520 RP before becoming legacy. The same is with the aforementioned Assassin Master Yi CONS Can End Up Ugly: As my friend pointed out, he said that there's a possibility that the colors may not mesh well and look "His Ult would look like he's taking a piss with his glowing egg thing." and while there's is the possibility that it can be done right there's a possibility it can be done wrong. Rito Riot Would Most Likely Dismiss The Idea: It's not really a game breaking thing, is just a minor detail, Why change the color of his spells when they can just make a whole new skin with a new model and different spell colors?

In the end. All of this is just a first(and most likely only) time poster that feels like this wouldn't just be a request from me, but for you guys who agree wit me too.
