Thats kewl, not much of a backround. Similar to how I draw.
Good detail in the hair and the body. The depth perception of the piece is pretty skewed and the backdrop is pretty simple. I like it though, much much better than I could do! Keep practicing!

I'm having a hard time understanding the position of Jinx in this picture.
What exactly is Jinx doing (or, supposed to be doing) in this picture?
Better than anything I can do. 2 immediate critiques stand out though:
A) Her center of gravity is waaaaay past that ledge. She's no just going to fall, she is falling. B) She has conflicting depth cues. He mini-gun's strap appears to be going behind her, indicating a large amount of space (for the barrels), but the ledge is smaller than her feet. Judging from the shadows, her hips and feet are closest to the wall.
