"Other" option when reporting.

So currently when reporting your options are limited when classifying the reason in doing so. For example, if someone isn't communicating with the team and is just going off doing their own thing, I don't want to pick one option and explain that it really isn't what I picked. I believe that an "Other" option will help people better categorize their reason for reporting. Just a thought, let me know what you guys think :).
