[Skin Concept] Thresh or Treat - Ultimate skin

Basically it would be a Halloween Skin. Since ultimate skins evolve - This one would evolve somewhat in a similar fashion as Ezreals if possible. Only the idea would be at lvl 1-6 - A ghost costume at lvl 6 - 11 vampire costume at lvl 11 -18 Frankenstein costume. If this is not possible it could be somewhat a surprise skin - You would get a random costume thresh everytime - one game its ghost costume the next one vamp 3rd one maybe a devil thresh - 3 possible costumes to be available. The lantern of course should be Jack - o - Lantern, while the hook could depend on the costume at hand. And the souls could look like candy - regular ones for small minions, Jawbreakers for cannon minions and jungle monsters. Lollipops or gummy bears - for champion souls. For the name it would be as the title suggests Thresh or Treat . Since this is still something im thinking bout i haven't thought about taunts/dance. Any comments ?
