EDITED

I’m not completely done with the details but this is what I have so far. I’m also not the best artist, but I tried to draw my character the best I could. Please keep that in mind and any tips/suggestions are appreciated. Yes, the lore is vague, but this way Riot can add their own things to the lore if they take the concept and I don’t even have the whole lore down myself.

Title: Astraea, Keeper of Justice

Passive: Counterbalance-The more health she has, the less damage Astraea deals. The less health she has the more damage she deals.

Q: Equipoise- Astraea cancels debuffs cast on her and nearby allies by enemies.

W: Libra's Judgement-Astraea deals damage to an enemy champion and adds more damage depending on the amount of allies the enemy has killed. (It is a skill shot)

E: Balance the Scales-Astraea summons a giant scale that smashes down on enemies. The more enemies present, the more damage is done. The more allies present, the less damage is done to enemies. ( AoE point and click.)

Ult: Sanction-(Urgot’s Ult which it targets an enemy champion and channels for 1 second. If the channel completes, Urgot and the target will swap positions, the target will be Slow icon slowed by 40% for 3 seconds and Urgot will ignore unit collision for 1 second. This is based off a suggestion since Urgot is going to get a new ult.)

Joke: "There is no scale that can measure THIS." Taunt: "I AM LAW." Quote: "Tipping the scales in our favor." Quote: "Justice may be blind, but she is very good at hearing." Quote: “Nothing is done without a price.” Quote: “You have been weighed, you have been measured, and you have been found wanting. In what world could you possibly beat me?” (reference to A Knight’s Tale)

Lore: Astraea was a very peaceful person. One day she just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time and got could up in a major crime. The real criminals got away, Astraea was caught and blamed. While Astraea was in her prison cell, a spirit of justice promised to give Astraea power to fight for the innocent and punish the guilty. Astraea accepted, and the spirit helped her escape and Astraea joined the League.

Additional info: Even though she wears a blindfold, she is not truly blind. Her true eye color is teal.

If you have any questions please ask. Thank you for taking time to view my concept. ~RayvenElaine

Oh credit to TugMyNugMate for helping me with some of the few details I do have c:

I really like the art! But I do think that LoL already has a female champion revolved around the theme of justice. Maybe you can alter Astraea to make her male? o.o

PS- The joke and taunt made me lol ;)

The picture is good. :D The lore is a tad vague. The kit needs a lot of work. • I do not understand most of the abilities. : • What is the Q; a toggle; another passive? : • Is the W a skillshot or a point-and-click? : • Can you clarify the ultimate? Does it do less damage to your enemies because your allies are there or does it reduce damage to your allies for a duration?

Hello everyone c: I created a concept design that I thought would be really cool, but I’ve noticed a few flaws with the design. For one, she is kind of alike to Kayle with theme. Another thing that stumped me was ability names (a lot of the ones I wanted to use were taken….) I’m not completely done with the details but this is what I have so far. I’m also not the best artist, but I tried to draw my character the best I could. Please keep that in mind and any tips/suggestions are appreciated.

Title: Astraea, Keeper of Justice Passive: For Each Point of health Astraea gains 1 mana and vice versa. Q: The more health she has, the less damage Astraea deals. The less health she has the more damage she deals. W: Libra's Judgement-Astraea deals damage to an enemy champion and adds more damage depending on the amount of allies the enemy has killed. E: Counterbalance-Astraea slows enemies around her and gives a speed boosts to allies in the same area. Ult: Balance the Scales-Astraea summons a giant scale that smashes down on enemies. The more enemies present, the more damage is done. The more allies present, the less the damage.

Joke: "There's no scale that can measure this." Taunt: "I AM LAW." Quote after Ult:"Tipping the scales in our favor." Quote: "Justice may be blind, but she is very good at hearing."

I feel like I’m forgetting to mention somethings, but I can’t remember what. If you have any questions please ask. Thank you for taking time to view my concept. ~RayvenElaine

  • Passive is boring with no interaction like Singed, or Vlad
  • Sounds like an assassin, dealing the most damage with few or no allies and many enemies, as well as when on low health (from taking damage from many sources)
  • Reconsider E and replace it with the Ult, then replace the Ult with Urgot's ult (he was stated to be getting a NEW one in his rework by Reds recently because it didnt fit). I'd like to see Urgot's ult on another champion in game. If this character is going to be an assassin, they need engage, and an Urgot style ult could could swap her into the enemy team while also swapping an enemy into her team creating a pair of 1v4 fights ("balanced" encounters).

I like her a lot :) I can already imagine her running with her arms straight out to the sides of her so the scales dont swing around. Cute idea, could use some shading. Like having the gold shes kinda covered in, more gold looking.
