How come there aren't any legendary skins for ADCs?

Like seriously, it should have happened by now. I mean, sure, we have pulsefire Ez, but there is not a single (real*) legendary skin for any adc. Rito, between this, the ultimate skin that has yet to come, and hackers, you need to get on the ball. Just by the way, this would be a great place to post any and all ADC skin ideas, especially legendary and ultimate. So if you have any cool or creative ADC skin ideas, here is your chance to share your awesomeness!

*corki and trist legacy skins do not count because in all honesty, they are pretty bad. Neither of them come close to what is expected of a legendary skin
