Lore: War never changes. From murdered families, to deserted merchant halls, the city was destroyed. The city in ruins, the once great Yerin's Peak now in shambles. The halls of ancient kings whose name shall ring histories ears. Prince and Princess's lay beheaded. The shouts of chaotic voices echo the distance. A presence of unknown strength, a shadow. Merely a whisper pierces the darkness.

Iron Starr, born Afelias Starr, served as executioner for Yerin's High King, Jorsün Forens. Hired to behead the murderers, the traitors, the rapists, the dishonorable men of the land. For nine years, skulls fell from that wooden block. “In the name of the king,” and each head was picked up by Afelias himself. Stories shatter kids dreams, as the children feared the executioner's blade. To the city, he was the killer, but he served only his kings words. The words of a king, whose mind fluttered with thoughts of madness, and corruption. The thoughts of cities under fire, and women severed and maimed. The thoughts of motherless children wandering the streets, starving, freezing. These thoughts he enjoyed, these thoughts he wished upon. 

Eight years into service Afelias realized his masters wrongdoings. He continued to do as he was ordered, all the while plotting against his ruler. But Afelias was to late, King Forens demanded his guards to slaughter every women, child, and man in the city, and so they did. The screams of terror laminated the darkness, causing feint hearts to die in sorrow. The King's voice was a demons words, tongues of incomparable insanity. His soldiers dropped to their knees, eyes bluer then the sky, heartless they seemed. Afelias can no longer stand by, without the knowing he slipped into the court room. As he prepared for the kings demise, Afelias stumbled upon a vision of his homeland, destroyed. His blade pierced the core of the world as he struck his blade against the concrete fixture under the wooden block. For he captured his king, and served him a quick death. 

With no homeland to return to, and no family to ask for aid. Afelias wandered repeating these words: “Death and dishonor, betrayer of your sword. My sword is my life, so my king is my sword.”

With the fear of death removed from his heart, Afelias decided to join the league of justice. To fight for his new king, and earn his honor back.

Appearance: Iron Star stands tall, well over 6' he wields a giant red great-sword stained with blackened blood in the center of the blade. He holds his blade with two hands carrying on his right side. He has no chest or back armor, but his shoulders are covered in black cloth encasing his neck and shoulders. His head is bald of hair, while his face is very hairy, and scruffy. His pants black in color, and very puffy. He runs barefoot.

Abilities: Passive: Executioner's Will Nearby enemy champions that are below 50% health receive Executioner's Will. Executioner's Will is consumed by abilities, and has no duration. When an ability consumes Executioner's Will, it can not be consumed again on the same target for 13 seconds.

In addition, nearby champions afflicted by Executioner's Will increase Iron Star's attack speed by 3/5/7% per champion.

Active Q: Whiplash Iron Star swings his sword in an area in front of him, causing 40/50/60/80/110 + (80% Attack Damage) and slowing enemy champions by 20/25/30/35/40% movement speed for 3 seconds. If the enemy is afflicted by Executioner's Will the slow is increased to 25/35/45/55/65% and the damage increased to 50/60/80/110/135 + (90% Attack Damage)

Cooldown-8 seconds Range-Somewhere like Rumbles flames to Darius grab.

Active W: Death or Dishonor Iron Star chooses to rush to an enemy or an ally in need.

Enemy: Iron star dashes to a nearby enemy causing 25/35/45/55/60 + (100% Attack Damage),
if the enemy is afflicted by Executioner's Will, he is stunned for 1/2/2/3/3 seconds. 

Ally:Iron Star rushes to the aid of an ally, granting them 30% movement speed for 
11 seconds, and intercepting the next damaging spell they are attacked by. The spells' damage is 	reduced by 10/20/30/40/50%.

Cooldown- If ally is chosen 9 seconds. If enemy is chosen, 14 seconds.
Range- The range about Fiddle Sticks ultimate, or Karthas AOE spell.

Active E: Rejuvenating Terror Iron Star's embraces the terror around him shouting at nearby enemies, causing 20/30/40/50/70 + (75% Attack Damage) and healing for 75% of the damage done. If Rejuvenating Terror hits a champion afflicted by Executioner's Will, the heal is increased to 125%. The damage hurts all enemy champions, but only 3 Executioner's Will's can be consumed.

Cooldown-21 seconds Range- is about Rengars passive attack.

Active Ultimate R: My King! Iron Star charges at an enemy champion sword held high as the sky. He ignores unit collision, and knocks aside other enemy champions for .5 seconds. When he collides with chosen champion he hits the ground causing 75/150/300 + (100% Attack Damage) and sending him into a fury. While in a fury, he no longer gains his passive attack speed or increased effects to abilities, but his attacks deal 75% damage to nearby enemies and kills or assists heal Iron Star for 5/10/15% his maximum health. --cooldown 100/90/80 seconds range- n/a – fury lasts 10 seconds.
