NEW CHAMPION IDEA! "Welliyum : The Sharp-Shielded Shadow"

Champion Appearance: Welliyum appears like a man completely made out of blades (swords, daggers ext.) except for the helmet and chest piece which have a black / grey fire effect burning on them.

Champion Statistical Aspects: Attack = Very Low Health = Very High Magic = Low Difficulty = Very Difficult

Abilities:

Basic Attack = Close Range Melee

Passive = 50% of Maximum health is permanently a shield which can not be reduced past 10% (Once shield reaches 10% damage is inflicted on health) Shield is increased by 50% and regenerates at the same rate as health regeneration.

First Q = Welliyum fires a dagger at a target location dealing damage to a single target (similar to the Q of Urgot) [Cost = 30 Shield , Cooldown = 3 seconds] First W = Welliyum spins around (like a tornado) for 2 seconds dealing AOE damage to all enemies around him (similar to the E of Garen) [Cost = 80 Shield , Cooldown = 10 seconds] First E = Welliyum shoots 8 daggers out of his body in all directions dealing damage and slowing enemies around him [Cost = 80 Shield , Cooldown = 13.5 seconds] First R = Passive : Mana Regeneration is doubled Active : Abilities change (Similar to the R of Jayce and Nidalee) [Cost = No Cost , Cooldown = 7.5 seconds] [Animation = Black / Grey fire effect around chest and head turns Blue / Light Purple]

Second Q = Gain 50 Shield [Cost = 50 Mana , Cooldown = 3 seconds] Second W = Gain 350 Shield for 3 seconds before decaying rapidly over 5 seconds [Cost = 100 Mana , Cooldown = 10 seconds] Second E = Regenerate 200 Shield over 10 seconds [Cost = 100 Mana , Cooldown = 13.5] Second R = Passive : Shield regeneration is doubled Active : Abilities change back [Animation = Blue / Light Purple fire effect around chest and head turns Black / Grey]

Animation when shield is reduced below 25% = Majority amount of daggers on Welliyum's body are missing
