Being able to see the skins you own

Riot should somehow make it possible to be able to view all the skins you own without having to manually check for them. There are only two ways at the moment for someone to check what skins they have. Option 1 is to scroll over all the champions they own and see what they have. The second option was to go to the shop and check all the skins you can buy and if it says owned then you have it. I'm all for option 2 except the only problem is that it doesn't show exclusive skins such has Halloween skins and others. I think Riot should make an option called "skins owned" under the skin tab, so that it would be easier for people to see what they have. They have a tab for "not owned" its only logically to create one for "owned".
