Kraiser, The Liberator

Kung Fu Nipples·6/24/2015, 3:53:31 PM·1 votes·670 views

Passive: Provisions: for every 10/8/5 enemies that are slain near Kraiser, he gains a stack of provisions, which can be used to amplify certain abilities. Max 5 provisions.

Q: Get Lassoed! : Kraiser throws out a lasso, snatching any enemy hit on the way forward or back, while also being unable to act during its duration. If hit champions take ??/??/??/??/??(+??% AD) physical damage and are immediately slowed by 99%. Kraiser then pulls the lasso towards him every .75 seconds for 1.5 seconds or until the enemy reaches him. If the enemy leaves a certain radius of Kraiser, the enemy escapes the lasso. At any time Kraiser can re-activate this ability to let go of the lasso. The Idea of this ability is that Kraiser would be unable to move or act while the pull was in action, but could cc an enemy long enough for a team to finish them, with the obvious downside of if not used well could cause him to be attacked while lassoing.

W: Rations: Kraiser devours a ration, restoring ??/??/??/??/?? health and gaining ??/??/??/??/??(+??% AP) movement speed for ?? seconds. This ability can be recast instantly at the cost of 1 provision, restoring health, stacking the movement speed boost and adding ??(half the original duration) seconds to the duration of the ability.

E: Liberation Swipe: Kraiser takes his two rakes and smashes them together, dealing ??/??/??/??/??(+??% AD) physical damage and causing all enemies hit to be knocked towards his front. Basically they are getting caught in his rake and follows them until they clap.

R: Brawl!: Kraiser summons 3 villagers at a certain point, and if they hit a champion they start a brawl. While in a brawl enemy and friendly champion are unable to act or take outside damage for the duration of the brawl. Each friendly villager in the brawl deals ??/??/??(+??% AD)(+??% AP) per second to enemy champions and villagers within the brawl. Kraiser and other champions can enter the brawl to deal ?? damage per second to deal damage to their opposing side. The brawl ends after 3 seconds, or when a champion/villager is slain. After the duration of the brawl, the villagers despawn. If any or all villagers do not hit a champion, they will start sprinting towards the nearest visible enemy champion, despairing after 5 seconds. If another brawl is started on the location of the original brawl, they combine together, causing all damage dealt to be doubled, and villagers to become immune. If you have 5 provisions, they will be consumed to add another villager to the brawl. Whoa, this one is a lot of text, probably could skim it down, but you get the gist of what i'm saying. Think a fight from a cartoon with a white cloud and pows/fists coming out of the mist.

Story: Kraiser was a farmer in the Noxian countryside. His village was small but well known, with he being a prominent figure in the community. Kraiser was known as a kind man who was the antithesis of what Noxian society was expected of. He was kind, loving, and at peace with where he was in like, being both a father and husband. His wife, Valerena, was known for her beauty among the villages, and among their governor(haven't got name yet). He kidnapped Kaiser's family in the dead of night while he was delivering products to a different village. When he found out about the kidnapping, he went and gather a small brigade of villagers to assault the governor's estate. When they arrived, the govern revealed he had caught wind of their plan and threw the heads of his family down towards Kraiser from his balcony. Kraiser in a fit of blood lust, assaulted and destroyed the manor, and had the governor executed in front of his brigade, and claimed that the noxian government had gone too far, that the strong abuse their power, and called for the nation to revolt. What started as a small group of villages quickly turned into a movement that echoed throughout much of Noxious, with Kraiser at its helm.

Skin Idea: Sailor Kraiser(literally think Popeye)

I hope people like this idea, maybe a piece of it could actually end up in the game(hopefully the ult).

I'd love some feedback, especially because I am still iffy on the passive and W
