Shoud i unock Riven ? I have a lot of top lane champions and some other alternative options would be arhi or corki. I also want to know if i can make some good plays after playing a few games.

Riven's early game isn't that hard if you're in lower elo/divisions where enemies won't always punish misplaying, though in higher levels of play enemies will know to harass you between cooldowns. Riven's HP/5 is pretty much the worst in the game.
She doesn't scale that well into late game, her skill floor jumps dramatically at that point, especially when she isn't fed. This is why she sees such a high pick/ban rate in the higher divisions. Better players make Riven a much bigger threat later on.
Read up on how she plays, see some guides on how she works, it's your call on whether you want to play her or not.
Also, 
is one of her hardest counters. Just saying.
Corki and Ahri will be free week tomorrow. Personally I think with the meta the way it is right now it might not be the best if you're not a seasoned Riven player. I'm don't want to discourage you from buying her and trying to learn her, cause if you want to then go for it. But if you go into 2 or 3 games and think your ready for ranked just think again.
