Cool skill idea(s)

So I just saw a league of legends cinematic video called "Ekko:Seconds" And I thought of a really op ultimate skill, a skill that can reverse time in the game. When a teamfight goes wrong, reverse time. When you miss smite on Baron, reverse time. Your adc got solo killed, reverse time. I think max seconds reversed should be 2 seconds.

Honestly this would be the most broken skill in the game lol

Also similar to Yasuo's windwall Why dont we have a wall that can reflect abilities rather than neutralizing them
