Kaito's passive is 'Escape Wheels' When out of combat or running away from combat gain a extra (MS%), This is accomplished by the inline skates she has

Her Q is 'Quick Tag' She sprays her can of paint is a arcing shape dealing (AP%) + (LV Scaling) Every 7-4 seconds, This can be used while moving

Her W is 'Blinding Spray' Kaito stands still and sprays her paint at the face of the target causing a blinding effect for 1-3 seconds while dealing (AP%) (Paint in the eyes hurts a lot ;-;)

Her E is 'Artistic Rally' This causes nearby allies to gain a small (adaptive) boost for 4s scaling with (AP%)

Her R is 'Paint Bombs' She lobs a canister of her paint that explodes in a (Unit) after causing a blind for 3-5 seconds and deals (AP%) (AD%)

Her role is a AP Mid Engagement Or Ganker Due to her ability to escape fights. Like she can engage for free while being squishy while leaving herself acceptable to bigger threats like and Due to blind not really working on abilitys

Lore: Kaito was born and raised in Zaun She had an eye for art and would do anything to make more, As we know Zaun isn't a good place for most people due to the many hostile groups of mobsters and criminals But she has made it her goal to find a group of like minded people to show Zaun that it doesn't need to be at war with it self and the many crime groups
