Riot doesn't do skins for free. That's not in their business model. If you want free aesthetic items, play a different MOBA.
You already get 3 free skins...
from following them on the various social media and that's enough. They aren't gonna make anything else like them.
Garen and Alistair both have free skins you can get if you really want free ones.
