New Game Mode/Solving the Normal Que AFK/DC Crisis

So I was thinking about the ongoing AFK/DC crisis thats scourged the normal que summoners rift for years and how it could possibly get fixed. Well my idea was having a solo que gamemode that puts you in the spot of an AFK/DC and have you take on the role from where the AFK/DC left off. I havnt really thought this 100% through yet but I'm sure it can be tweaked to fix its flaws. But could you imagine....A Rift With No AFK
