Skin creation

Like Chogath, Zac is huge... but Zac shares a more gentlemen-like concept. Gentlemen Zac needs to be a skin. Like with an actual suit and a top hat. Why would there be Gentlemen ChoGath but not Gentlemen Zac when ChoGath does even have a strong gentlemen-like quality. Riot please make this a thing - Gentlemen Zac.
