Should Rito add daily log-in rewards? like 1 day we get ip,rp or even a boost and if we log in maybe for like a week or so we could get a free skin or even large amounts of ip

I can see how they'd make this work, but it'd have to be on a small scale every time. Riot wants you to play the game, not just log in, and you already have first win of the day bonuses. Maybe in-game quests like how they have for SMITE, or Battlerite, where you play certain characters or do certain things in-game and get bonus IP afterwards. A friend of mine suggested like, 50 RP rewards for logging in consecutively for the whole week, which would be pretty good. 3 weeks and you can get a chest/key.

No they don't need to bribe people to actually play the game.
