Remove Victorious Graves

This is stupid. You pick a champ that is one of the worse jnglers in the game and has one of the lowest pick rates too. Graves even had a skin at Christmas. You see that champs such as Lulu, Leblanc and Karma have been popular all season, but no, you choose graves. Not like it's the 3rd victorious skin that is a jngler.

Graves is very op in jungle he has one of the fastest and healthiest clears, plus is he strong early game and still good late game if you get behind
