Teemo need fixing?
RITO what you should do is remove teemo shroom slow, then make his e cost mana pershot. bam it would fix teemo. And make it so magic pen doesnt work with shrooms.

I agree his E should cost mana and be a skill shot. faceing this thing in lane will delete any enjoyment of the game and he will never lose lane
