So my friend's account recently got hacked and perma banned :(. But he was a super generous person and always sent his friends (like me) mystery gifts, skins, champs, and mystery champs. But since he was gotten banned I've noticed I'm missing skins that he has gifted me. Is this just because he got hacked and banned? Or is there another reason? :c

If content has been removed from your account, it's usually not due to an error with the account. Typically, the content is removed due to the gift(s) being sent as a result of fraudulent activity. Generally this means:
A player is involved in Refer A Friend fraud to gain IP/RP. Any champions or skins gifted with said IP/RP are then removed.
A player purchases RP and uses said RP to gift content, and then issues a chargeback for money spent on the RP. Content purchased with that RP will be removed.
If you believe that content you have received on your account has gone missing and is not due to either of these scenarios, please feel free to submit a player support ticket, and we can investigate further.
