[Champion Concept] Os, The Bone Vanguard

Notes from me This character is designed to be a tanky siege champion, defending his team and battering down towers all whilst brushing off damage. The idea is that he becomes more powerful late game by gaining a great deal of armour from his passive allowing him to provide cover for his team and shatter any enemy fortifications but suffers from immobility and low magic resist values.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Appearance

Os is a tall, muscular Black male. his body is covered in several bone plates that form a protective armour around him. The bone plates cover more of his body and grow larger as he gains more armour in game. He weilds a large bone sword in his right hand (similar to the sword of Crota from Destiny) and has a large flat slab of bone attached to his left arm that acts as a shield (about the same length as his arm but only attached to his forearm)

Abilities

Passive: Seige Breaker Every 8/7/6 seconds Os strikes with force capable of shattering the wall of a city state, dealing bonus damage equal to 90% of his armour and healing him for 5/6/7% of his max health. The damage is doubled against structures.

_Q:_Bone Shards (Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 HP) {Skillshot} [Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds] Os launches a large shard of bone from his shield. If this shard strikes an enemy champion it deals 70 / 105 / 140 / 175 / 210 (+ 40% AD) physical damage, slows the enemy by 40% for 2 seconds, if it strikes a minion or monster it is impaled and carried back the rest of the distance of the skillshot, if this minion then hits another enemy the minion is impaled against that enemy slowing them by 70%, dealing the same normal damage plus a bleed equal to 30% of the damage dealt.

W: Wall of Bone (No cost) {Toggled} [Time until toggled again: 1.5 Seconds] Passive: Os gains armour equal to 1.5% of his max health. Passive: If the wall has been lowered for more than 5 seconds the wall health health regenerates at half the rate of Os's normal health (effects such as SV and other forms of healing -e.g. Heimerdinger's passive- do not count). Active: Os raises his shield and erects a large wall of bone in the direction of the cursor. Os can move and act as normal whilst this wall is active (similar to Braum) and the wall stays with him (also like Braum). The wall is 300 / 350 / 400 / 450 / 500 units wide and absorbs damage equal to 30% of his max HP and has 20% of his armour and magic resist. The wall blocks all projectiles it encounters but also takes damage for those projectiles.

E: Shattering Force (Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 HP) {Cone} [Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 Seconds] Os channels for 0.9 seconds and then stomps on the ground, sending a wave of force in a cone in front of him and knocking back all enemies it meets a short distance and dealing 60 / 120 / 180 / 240 / 300 (+ 170% AD) physical damage and stuns them for 0.6 seconds.

R: Fracture (No cost) {Aoe} [Cooldown: 150, 110, 70 Seconds, 90% CD refunded if he is interrupted] (Nocturne ult type range) Os roots himself and throws his sword to a target location, dealing 150/200/250 (+65% AP) in a small area of effect, slowing all enemies struck by 80% for 2 seconds and marking them as "Shaken". 0.5 seconds afterwards Os launches himself to the swords location and punches the ground with his left(Shielded) hand dealing 200/250/300 (+65% AP) magic damage to unmarked enemies and slowing their movement and attack speed by 70% for 3 seconds and knocking them back a short distance. Shaken enemies struck by the second instance of damage will instead receive 300/400/500 (+30% AP, +35% AD) physical damage, be knocked back a short distance and afterward stunned for 3 seconds.

Lore

(Do not have hope in this at all, could potentially be a warrior from the Shadow Isles instead)

The Legion is an ancient army lead by a cult of necromancers, they held dominion over areas of Valoran around the same time as the Brackern existed. They disappeared around the time of the danger that caused the Brackern to enter their sleep. They spent years sleeping in great vaults and tombs under the Fyrone Flats and finally emerged. They sent their Vanguard and strongest warrior Os out with a vast army to conquer Runeterra in the name of the Legion once more. Engaging in battle with Demacia and Shurima it was soon noticed that they were far stronger and dangerous than the simple raiders that the city states suffered on a regular basis and the battles soon emerged into a full scale war, with Os at the head of every major battle, shattering cities and castles alike.

His W seem op to me, have wall that blockes 30% of max health and block projectiles with 1.5 sec cd is really op,but i think there is point in that healing, because i didn't got that. But i think this is cool idea. Also dunno what happens when his q hits and minion and then champion. But with some fixis this isn't bad idea ;-)
