Shadow Isles Marksman

So I have been poking around the lore map as well as looking at how many champions are tagged for the specific roles as per Riot's criteria, and wanted to throw out the idea (forgive me immensely if this has been done before) of Shadow Isles themed Marksman. To get it out in the open right now I will flat out saw that part of the reason for this idea coming is in Clinkz from the War3 DotA map, but I would like to also state that is where I would want to the similarities to begin and end. I mostly wanted to put this out there to test the waters before I put up a more quantitative post about the concept. If enough people like the basic idea of this then I will go through with the "work" portion. And please let me know if this has come up before (I would surprised if it hasn't) so that I can check out other peoples concepts on this. I did some searching myself but came up with nothing.
