Lore > Tohren grew up in the on a town that sat between the borders of Demacia and Noxus. It's close proximity brought with it great blood shed, as territories were traded back and forth between many battles, it took its tole on the townsfolk. Many died either to starvation or as causalities during the many battles that broke out on the outskirts of the town. Wanting to bring an end to the war, and wanting a better life, set out to learn the arcane arts.

> To his luck, he was apprenticed to a travelling arch-mage that held much knowledge about the most powerful glyphs, that which formed Runeterra eons ago. His increasing desire and curiousity of those glyphs had lead to his master out-casting him and warned him that such objects lead to great destruction in the wrong hands. Furious about being abandoned, Tohren set out himself in search of the old glyphs.

> After many years of fruitless leads and expeditions, Tohren was able to find a glyph. An ancient glyph that held immense power over the manipulation of one the most powerful forces of Runeterra, mana. Every living being contains within it some traces of mana, and with the glyph, he could manipulate it. With the new found power he challenged many mages, each one ending in the same result: them collapsing from the rapid loss of their mana. Slowly, Tohren had grown tired of testing himself and wanted to prove himself to his master for once the control and power he had received from the glyph. Fortunately for him, his master was rumored to have entered the League of Legends. With nothing more than pure determination to defeat his master, Tohren set off to enter into the blood crucible that is the League of Legends.

Tohren is an Mage who specializes in draining his enemies of their mana/resources along with disabling and disrupting enemies while causing decent damage when

Abilities

> item 3630 [Passive] "Assimilation": With every champion and large creature slain, Tohren's mana pool increases. [+10 Bonus Mana for every Siege minion and Large monster Slain, +100 +50 for ever champion kill/assist and Epic Monster Slain]

> item 3052 [Q] "Mana Manipulation": Tohren can manipulate his mana, and the mana of his allies and enemies. When cast on an Ally: Transfers 10/15/20/25% of his current mana to an ally. When cast on an Enemy: Drains the enemy for 10/15/20/25% (+1%AP) of their maximum mana and applies a slow of 10/12/15/20% (+1%AP). If this spell drains more mana than the enemy currently has, > the difference is then dealt as magical damage to the target.] (12 second cooldown) (700 range) (50 mana cost)

> item 3643 [W] "Grasp" ("Channeled"): By envisioning the mana within living creatures as a physical object, Tohren can levitate living creatures. [ Does not work on Epic monsters] Tohren can pick allies or enemies up, making them and himself immobile for the duration. Enemies during this time receive 100/120/150/200 (+20%AP) magic damage per second. Recasting within the duration of the spell will make the target land in a designated area within range wherever the mouse is located. On impact, enemies with 100 radius, including the one target by Grasp, will be take 80/110/140/170 (+20%AP) magic damage. {NEW} Allies who are grabbed by this ability will gain a shield equal to (10% max mana + 10% ally max mana + 20% AP)[ 14 second cooldown, 1 second delay, channeled for 3 seconds, 500 range] (60/7-/80 mana cost)

>summoner 12 [E] (Passive) Mana Efficiency: Is active while current mana is above 80/75/70/65% the next spell cost 5/10/15/20% less mana and deals 5/10/15/20% bonus damage as true damage. [20/19/18/17 second cooldown]

> item 3634 [R] (Channeled) Focused Mana: By concentrating mana within himself and the surrounding area, Tohren fires a concentrated beam of pure mana, dealing significant damage to those caught in it. Deals 35/55/75 (+10%Ap) magic damage every .25 seconds for 3 seconds. Allies will be take 50% of the damage if they make contact with the beam. For every ally champion nearby Focused Mana's range is increased by 5/10/15%. (160 second cooldown, 1600 range) (125/145 mana cost) [New Idea] At rank 2, can be activated again to increase damage output by adding one more second to the channel, and for the rest of the duration, actively consuming 15% every second to increase damage dealt by 20%. If the player runs out of mana during the channel, it is cancelled and are unable to regen mana from any source for 20 seconds.

After looking through and tweaking Tohren based on feedback, I feel it is safe to say that Tohren is a 1v1 type of champion, who is able to slow, drain his opponent of his resources, immobilize, and dish out a decent amount of damage. His ultimate recieves benefits is he is in the fight ( not all the way in the back, but not in the thick of it). To me it is apparent that he should be able to deal more damage to mages, or any hero that builds up mana, while also increasing his own damage output by not just increasing his Ap, but his Mana as well.

100 mana for every kill and assist...isn't that a little too much

As always just my 2 cents. passive: will there be a cap to this or will it be infinite? either way unique and flavorful. Q point and click ability? not too sure on doing max mana damage. W 3 sec ivulnerability on allies or capture on enemies? if it has a startup delay I don't see anything wrong E Enjoyable and unique. R ok The kit seems ok. I'd think his abilities should have some mana scaling other than E if you are going to encourage this much mana with his passive.

Also, just a small update, I submitted the concept to the champion creation contest going on in the forums, so hopefully we get good luck

Edit: Made a little more detailed, I had limited time earlier. The problem I have is that the numbers make everything confusing. I am really confused about his Q, does it drain yourmana for your allies and grants them a shield and for enemies it drains their mana and slows? You should probably separate the numbers and the actual explanation, it would make the reading so much easier, or you should just remove the numbers altogether, because they can be balanced in patches/playtests. And btw, giving mana for allies is really unfair to play against, as seen from the old Soraka, which already was crazy even though she couldn't self cast it, and leeching mana from enemies is stupid, if you played against a really mana hungry champion like a Sivir or Anivia, so this ability would most likely be broken. And this ability yet gives a shield for allies. W would most likely be broken too, and sometimes used for trolling. There is a 100 hp Ashe? Better throw them in the enemy team! Tahm's W is balanced because allies can choose to jump out early. It also gives a shield, but he already has one on his Q so it's not needed. Otherwise, the kit is great and unique. I would give it a 6.75/10, mainly because of the imbalanced/unfair mechanics in her kit. Have a nice day!
