I'm more a fan of a Program Xerath myself.

If you use the search function you will find designs for darkstar xerath. It's a great idea to begin with.

God particle, aside of the strange title, the god + sth skins are usually golden, but Xerath's sand skin is already very much that. It's a bit redundant.

Seeing as you haven't even shown us any concept art in your post, I doubt you will be able to program a skin into the game FOR the company.

Also, God Xerath seems kinda meh to me.

Dark Star Xerath sounds cool though.
