"Recently" Riot added the SCALING VOICE for ZAC. Now who doesn't want the most evil champ in Valoran have a scaling Voice for Veiger??

Every 50 or 100 Ap his Voice shouldt get DEEPER

There are also Music Videos from Falcon Shield demonstrating such effect. Look for "This is War VI " or "Skirmish- shadow arcade"

I'm pretty sure you meant higher pitched and more annoying. It's ok, common error.
