Skin Ideas for Jhin and Illaoi

So new champions only have 1 skin, does anyone remember the story with Zac? Something like that. So i had 2 Ideas but since i am completely unable to make Artworks, they are only ideas at the moment

1. I thought Illaoi needed a skin that does not make her purple, so i decided, arc light Illaoi would fit the best, her tentacles could be shrines or altars and triggering a slam would have Arclight-stuff rain from the sky. it would also fit well with her trying to spread her religion, just like arc light vayne hunts evil-doers. She would wear Golden clothes and have all of those markings on her body like Varus for example.

2. Project Jhin Rito pls, such a great champion and only one skin?! Project Jhin would not only respond to some memes, it also would answer fan biddings, even though i don't see it happening since we just got 3 Project skins, one of them even was for an ADC. There were concepts for a Mecha cowboy before so some inspiration could be drawn from that. He could have a mask of metal that has one eye patched of and be more of a bounty hunter like Boba Fett from star wars or something along the lines. I suck at imagining his body, but since i already had the abilities in my mind i will just keep going. So His Q could be more of a grenade and less Dancing, that could look like a thermal detonator from (star wars too). I linked it in the tab further up. It could make a beeping noise and this sound would become after when it kills a unit and after killing 3 units it explodes on the fourth. his W could have him charging a Laser from his secondary gunned firing it after the delay he always has. the E could be him planting a landmine that releases a gas in the area of effect and detonating it by igniting. Now his R is what is the hardest to think about. I have a Canon in mind he Rams into the ground transformers style and him shooting Missiles out of it like from a battery, maybe he could transform himself into the cannon, and his weapons were his arms and when he attacks he transforms them into the guns.
