Demo mode [Suggestion]

So i played dota 2 for the first time. I saw some thing called demo mode. What about if LoL had it!

So in demo mode, you can test any champion by yourself in a game that doesn't grant any ip or even not counts as a match In that Demo mode, there is an option to test any champion and you can change your character in it. You can test any item and practice your skills and test a champion you don't own yet and you can change your mind on buying it in real games, testing it first before you buy it. There could be an option for free spells or to level your champion to max. Free spells give you 0 CD on your abilities. You can spawn an enemy champion bot and you can command it and behave it to test ur skills for practice
