Sion's Back, It Disgusts Me

I have no idea why but whenever I see Sion's back (default skin), it just freaks me out. Seeing those three black patches on him nauseates me. I literally dry heave and start getting really itchy, so I'm playing with a handicap every time a Sion is in my games. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but can it be changed/fixed? It's really getting under my skin.
