It would be all kinds of awesome with a Project skin for Talon like zed and yasuo

He literally just got bloodmoon
It probably won't happen unless he gets as popular as Yasuo. Which is unlikely. He JUST got bloodmoon so probably won't see a new skin for years.
Bloodmoon is boring.
Project needs to happen for Talon.
Talon got a skin for this year. He won't be eligible for a skin until next year.
