Please add PROJECT: Talon
It would be all kinds of awesome with a Project skin for Talon like zed and yasuo

Nursing2 votesHe literally just got bloodmoon
feryvunny1 votesIt probably won't happen unless he gets as popular as Yasuo. Which is unlikely. He JUST got bloodmoon so probably won't see a new skin for years.
Risen291 votesBloodmoon is boring.
Project needs to happen for Talon.
Oleandervine1 votesTalon got a skin for this year. He won't be eligible for a skin until next year.
