Guardian of the Sands Rammus - W and R animations

Hi,

When i heard about new skin for Rammus, i was so pumped up, because i am playing as Rammus bassicly always. I have played Rammus for over 100 games this season. So, when saw that skin, i was very happy. Skin looks amazing. What i don't get, is that why Rammus don't has animated W and R and Skarner has? Skins cost exactly the same, but Skarner got animated all of his spells and Rammus "just" Q? I think that is really unfair. When you look at Rammus skins, he has only 1 SKIN WITH ANIMETED R AND W, and that is Full metal Rammus. Riot please, give him some new animations to W and R. For example: W as some gold/sandy shield and R as some kind of sandstorm or bunch of beetles and i would be very grateful. I would bought GotS Rammus with new W and R rather, than this in my opinion "unfinished" GotS Rammus skin. Even if it cost more than the unanimated one. I hope you think about it.
