Shyvanna is due for another skin soon, and I was looking over her past skins and one idea that could be amazing that would fit is a lightning dragon themed skin. It could have the potential to be an 1820 skin if done right. Golden lightning effects would be amazing, completely revamping her particles and finally giving Shyvanna enough changes to warrant a 1350/1820 rp skin.
