Could riot be making a champion centered around the project skin lore??

It seems riot is making a lore for these project skins called "First Strike". I think it sounds pretty cool and i think this could totally lead up to riot finally making Yone. If you think about it, it makes a lot of sense: Yasuo was the first project skin, It seems like all of these champions died before they were made into what they are. It's either the perfect set up for a character in the lore to be brought back to life who was originally dead, or make a pretty decent new champion at least.
