Quinn concept.

O.k so I just read that you're looking to tweak Quinn a little. Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, if it is let me know where I could go.

Having been someone who was super excited for Quinn and was really let down, I have an idea that fits her theme and would be really helpful in teamfights.

Firstly, her passive: You could add in a little to it that it spots where wards generally are (like every 120 secs or something), doesn't make them targetable but gives an idea of where they could be. This fits with the idea of Valor keeping an eye out for Quinn and it helps get her out of the standard lane role. It would also be something new to throw in there.

Her q is pretty neat, always has been.

W is ok. but I would have no idea on where to take it if it were to be changed.

Her e is awesome. Backflipping off of someones face, is awesome. Please never take that away.

Her ult is the big one. Instead of Valor is a taxi or I am now the bird (and thus the word) it could be an idea to have Quinn call down Valor to zip back and forth in an area in front of Quinn, (maybe bouncing from walls?) dealing some damage, slowing and marking enemy champs for Quinns passive. This would help in teamfights with a little extra cc, make it fit more of a 'This is the time to strike, Valor come help me' kind of scenario and could work really well with how quinn is played.

Oh and one thing that bothers me with Quinns design is that she has stick arms. Like, her arms have no muscle on them to carry a massive crossbow/bird. It irks me. She should be buff as hell.

I don't know why her ult is disliked so much. I really enjoy the extreme amount of mobility and map presence it is granting.
