I'm hoping that in the upcoming Veigar change, that this skin does not go unnoticed. It's splash art shows him with a white spell, I would like to see white spell effects or something of the "white mage" essence. I mean it is a skin you're not able to get anymore, should be a little fancy, eh? Anyways, happy to see a Veigar change after the dfg removal, I'm excited to try it out.

He's one of the few 390 RP skins. Changing effects of spells would boost the cost.

I think it's nice to have more than 2 390 RP skins

You can still buy it whenever you want. It's not legacy lol. And its only a 390RP skin, so its not going to get special effects.
