Taric 2.0

I thought that Taric could use so love and I have been knocking this concept around my head for a while. And just keep in mind that I'm not providing any numbers here because that riots job and its pretty easy to balance numbers. And all ability names are tentative.

PASSIVE:Crystal Hammer Taric's basic abilities apply bonus magic damage based on his max armor. After Taric uses an ability this damage is increased for a short duration.

Q: Ruby Heart Passive: Taric regens a percent of his missing health every second. Active: Heal a target based on your maximum health .Taric loses the passive part of this ability while it is on cooldown.(taric can target himself)

W: Emerald Shield

Passive: Taric gains additional armor based on his bonus armor. ( I don't want to state numbers but something like a 15% bonus that scales up to 35%) Active: Taric raises his shield rally allies to him. Allies gain armor based on the amount of armor taric has for a few seconds

E: Dazzling Blast

Taric shoots out a ball of dazzling light that deals magic damage based on his current mana. The ball of light detonates on contact with a enemy champion stunning that champion and blinding other champions in an area around that champion.

R: Crystal Field

Passive: Taric's basic attacks now shred armor for allies . Active: Taric slams his hammer down damaging enemies directly around himself and causing a crystal field to sprout in a target location(about trundle's W size). The field roots enemies on casts and deals additional damage at end of the root. Allies on the field gain move speed ,AD and AP while on the field.

I Feel like these changes will make Taric feel like his doing something while providing him with some tools to make some plays. I also removed the passive armor gain from his W so that the amount of armor can be more impactful when he activates the ability. Right now he gives out 36 armor when he has 300 armor. With the new ability they can make it like 40 when he has 100 armor since the armor gain is not passive but can only be used in small burst.

Also I kinda did the same thing with his ulti. I made it so you have to stand on a certain area to get the aoe buff instead of the buff being mobile around taric. This way they can buff the numbers a little. The root also makes it so taric can catch people or help disengage a little easier.
