Dear Riot this is my 1v1 ranked concept. I would love to see a 1v1 map like magma champer where you duel 1v1 or 2v2 to firstblood, 100 minions or first tower. I think it would be great for league to have a new style of permanent map where you test your individual skill in 1v1 senarios where you dont have to worry about ganks or teamplay but your individual skill
They've done a 1v1 mode before when they started trying new Game Modes. Everyone hated it so it only made one appearance. Basically, don't get your hopes up, it's never gonna show up outside of the All-Stars event again.
ChaosReyn3/5/2019, 3:01:22 AMA large majority of players (just short of 75%) that got to play the 1v1/2v2 gamemode when it was released didn't really enjoy the gamemode.
In fact, a lot of the bigger names of the time period basically called it a "cockfest mode" where tilted people went when they wanted to further trash someone they blamed for a game loss.
They really weren't wrong...Mind you, I had a lot of fun dumpstering the people thinking they were going to ruin me in a 1v1 cause "I ruined their game" (when they were 1/7 by 15 minutes...) but in the end of it all, it really wasn't a place that highlighted individual skill as much as you think. It actually more shined a light on one's LACK of skill...at least in the way it was used. >.>
