Dragon Trainer Poppy
So I was looking for the hero one day and ran paths with a dragon attacking a village, i don't really have anything against dragons but i had to squash him. It was after that though I stumbled on this egg I think it belonged to that dragon. Well no hero would leave an egg like, while i was pondering this, it started to wobble, then cracked, "A baby dragon!" I could't control myself it was so adorable! It's head had a strange shape though kinda like the hammer of Orlon..hmm. Well anyway I can't just leave this poor thing here alone so I'm going to take it with me. I'll raise it to be a good dragon and not harm others. "Dragon Trainer

THE HAMMER IS THE DRAGON! Passive can be a shield/Frisbee because shes teaching commands like fetch design the shield to match theme maybe like covered in scales. When it's not a last hit it'll land like normal and from time to time Poppy will say something along the lines of "No, no you have to get it like this" When it is a last hit is where I'm hitting a brick wall with this or the animators of this skin are gonna kick my ass. but I'm thinking of the dragon flying from Poppy's hand and fetching the shield at he location of said last hit and returning to Poppy with her saying "Good job!" or something along those lines the skill has travel time anyway so might can be pulled of. Q is a slam on the ground like normal (he has a thick hammer shaped skull that this line of dragons uses in combat horns also come out the side of his/her head) the first proc is the ground rupturing and lava/fire spews out for the second proc. W gonna be a stretch but here's what i'm thinking Poppy does her normal animation but her dragon throws a fireball in the air and makes the aoe around poppy visible this ability has a natural delay on the visuals so i THINK it can be done. for enemies that dash they get lit on fire like ignite for a split second. E I'm thinking of using the dragons head and raming it straight at the enemy rather than Poppy using her own body weigh like the normal animation if it hits a wall the animation flashes fire throw in a dragon roar and your solid. R Oh boy. Dizzy dragon incoming you instant cast the ult is fairly simple knock up like normal maybe throw in flashy animation here to make it look more awesome. The "wind up" i'm thinking either spin the dragon or have him/her "hover" over Poppy then the second part or the smack down can be the dragon charging straight down with all his/her might causing the earth to crack open and more lava than the Q spews out during travel until it fizzles out/ misses. NOW here's where it gets interesting, when it hits a champion(s) i'm thinking instead of just smacking the ground really hard the dragon burrows under ground at such velocity that he digs his way to the enemy and knock em out of there and to return to Poppy right after the ult is done.
So why is Poppy going around swinging a dragon around? Well where is Tistana's canon? Why is Fiora swinging a wet noodle? It's fantasy have fun with it! Now to address the cruelty to animals bit

This breed of dragon does this naturally everyday.
If this does get read I urge anyone who Loves the Poppy rework to look at this concept, not as set in stone, but as an opportunity for creativity to come to play. (Take this concept and make it better!) I sent this idea to Riot support so i can only hope that this is seen and can take flight, I wish it to be my One great contribution to this game Iv'e watched grow and adored, raged and cursed, cried and laughed, for these 5+ years of playing.
P.S. As a bonus for a joke or taunt to her fellow Demacian teammates,or enemies that are Demacian she show them what they've practiced.
