Pulsefire Ezreal Simple Improvement

So, this is just a simple idea I had about how to make Pulsefire Ezreal something a little bit more special considering he is one of the ultimate skins. Why not make it so his overall color scheme changes whether or not you are primarily ap or ad? Seems simple enough, and I don't think it would take too much to do. Honestly, the skin still just feels like one of the more modern epic or legendary skins and that kind of sucks considering the skin is supposed to be an ultimate.
