I know Riot is trying to expand on 750RP skins

but honestly, 750 skins seem lazily made, boring, and ugly.

It's also disappointing when champions that haven't received a skin in a long time end up with a 750 skin. I'd rather buy $10 of RP and spend 975 for a nicely made skin with new particles rather than spend $10 to get enough for 750 RP so I can get a new shirt slapped on a champion.

750 skins don't put a lot on the plate for the expense they come at. Although, recolored particles would make 750 skins worth the price. Not new particles, recolored.
