More to Hextech Crafting

So I was talking to a good amount of people about this idea I had to add more to the hextech crafting.

The idea being able to get things like runes and rune pages. For example, If I got a rune out of a hextech box, let's say it will cost X orange essence to unlock a full set of 9. Same can be applied to quints. Or being able to get a rune page from hextech. Most of the time, runes can cost just as much as newer champions, it would be nice to be able to get stuff like that from the boxes.
