Interactive loading screens

So I was thinking to myself during a loading screen, seeing as how the new runes have just come out, wouldn't it be cool to be able to hover over a teammates/enemies keystone?

And maybe in the future, have the feature of Dynamic champion splash arts, like pay on the day of release for an exclusive champion splash?
