North african server for millions of lol players there

EUW and EUNE are filled with north african people , (Morocco , Algeria , Tunisia , Libya , Egypt ,Mauritania , Ivory coast , Mali , Sudan ..and many more countries ) Majority of these players suffer from a very high ping Which gives them allways a disadvantage ,compared to european players , as an example me as a Moroccan Player , I have a really good internet connection, but I usually play with 120-150 ping while people having the same quality of internet in Europe play with 20-30 , that's really unfair since dodging is almost impossible with this ping , that's why north African people are all low diamond at maximum elo ,and it's so rare to see a challenger from this region .

I think creating a North african server would be a really great Idea since these countries had achieved a very noticable developement .

Imma talk about my country (Morocco). It's so rare . Like about (1/20 or 1/25) of houses do not have Pc's , and league of legends players are spread everywhere . In my hood there are at least 15 people that are currently playing the game ,and even more that played it once and stopped it for personal reasons .

I know this is a serious topic that needs a lot of thinking and a lot of resources , but I'm sure and certain that it would be so beneficial , since that would increase lol community in these regions . Cuz simply : (Good ping = fair games = more joy = buying Rp and skins )

Also Some South african players can join the server too , their number is not as big as north african players , but I'm sure they suffer more than us . I already get so tilted with that ping , and imagine people playing with constant 250 ping , they would get tired and quit the game directly so that would sharpen their ping into 70-80 which is playable.

Morocco is pretty much the only stable North African country where Riot could place a server without a ton of risk. That being said, will putting a server in Morocco have a significant improvement for a large amount of people compared to having them just connect to EUNE or EUW? Geographically, It's pretty close to the EU servers such that someone playing in Kuwait may get the exact same ping from the North Africa server as they do the EU servers, and they would get even better ping playing on the turkish server.

From what I see, it comes down to 2 issues. 1. Regional stability and 2. Return on Investment. Without knowing the numbers at all, a gut feeling tells me that it's currently just not worth it.

Yh i agree i play with a Morrocan and every match she will lag out and they have crazy lag spike. We need to get a rioter and see what their opinion on this is

I live in Egypt and I play on eune and my ping is usually between 90-110 and sometimes 100-120 which is pretty good I dont think North African players suffer much tbh, what do u think?

I'm from tunisia and I play in euw with a 50-55ms ( I have a really really good internet ) and I can imagine if we had a north african server I'd be playing with 14-25 ms or even less ... but I know that most N-AF(north african) players play with an average 80-150 ping ...

Currently, in Algeria, I play with 47-49ms (ADSL) With Fiber, I get around 35-39ms which is amazing and playable for both...
