On the left side in the wave behind singed there is a large unfamiliar being. Could be a hint as to Kog's Daddy. Also in Viktor's Creator Skin the battlecast Kog'maw looks nothing like the actual Kog'maw and instead looks like a battlecast of the creature in the forecast pic.

Wolfietpk1 votesi see the fins but it isnt proportional to a shark and fizz shark is anatomically correct with a slight concave nose bridge and besides this things mouth is exactly round. and the upper teeth are a little wonky as well. Seems more void creature to me.
