On the left side in the wave behind singed there is a large unfamiliar being. Could be a hint as to Kog's Daddy. Also in Viktor's Creator Skin the battlecast Kog'maw looks nothing like the actual Kog'maw and instead looks like a battlecast of the creature in the forecast pic.

My bet would be to a stylised fizz shark. Somehow I'd expect more alien features for a void creature. Where does that image comes from by the way?
