Mystery skins and the chances for fnatic, skt, and tpa

I've been trying to get someone to trade a mystery skin with someone before the 15th when the fnatic baron steal event ends, but alas no one has enough RP. I only have enough for one trade and can't trade with friends I've just added. I think riot should remove the required amount of time you need to be friends to gift. This could allow players to trade mysteries at the end of a match or reward someone for a job well done in a match. You put these sales up but because my friends are broke and I'm not allowed to trade with strangers (I'm an adult stranger danger no longer applies) I can't even get a mystery gift that has more of a chance to get the skins I want. So please @Riot change the rules on gifting....a bit more than last time you did which I believe was recently, or make mysteries permanent for self purchase I guess

They already said they were making changes to it by making it 1 day of being friends instead of 2 weeks. Also you can gift up to 10 times a day instead of 5.

I noted that they made changes recently if you'd read my post closer, the point is I meet someone 5 seconds after a match to trade, I'm not looking to wait an entire day, not to mention no one wants to even trade and the 15th when the sale ends is a day and a half away.....So I'll probably miss out because you have to wait a small enough amount of time to be a huge pain in the ass, or long enough that the adhd players of this game forget about it, either way you slice it I shouldn't have to wait. Personally idc if there's a limit on how many gifts can be sent when I just want one at a specific time without having to find someone that wants to wait a day for a gift and then removed from friends list
