I do not think there are enough ADC's so I thought of one on my own. This Champion is called Conner, The Lone Wolf

Conner's Passive ability is Wolf Within

This ability means Conner has no mana Conner has a rage bar or what not like Gnar's after awhile Conner becomes a wolf all his moves change and he has +10% AD this makes Conner hit harder but much more venerable to attack with out his ranged attacks via his bow, the other thing his passive allows is +10-15 movement speed, also +10 attack speed. this buff last for 10 seconds and all Conner's ability's are the same but in melee range

 Conner's Q is Ferocious Strike

This ability slows the enemy that is stuck by this skill shot this move is similar to jinx's w this attack does 25+50% of AD When Conner is in Wolf form this ability does the same amount of damage but you leap to your enemy and stun him for 1 second +.5 seconds per lvl on ability.

  Conner's W is Finnish Him

What Finnish Him does in Conner's form is Give +5% AD and 5% Attack Speed for 10 seconds In Wolf form this ability doesn't give apply Attack Damage or Attack Speed but instead lets him sniff the air and near enemy's will be revealed unless stealth-ed is on view in bushes you can see but doesn't reveal stealth-ed enemy's

  Conner's E is Unknown i don't know what to name it :/

what his E does is every 3 hits does bonus damage Conner's form (passive) on the Wolf form this ability when active gives bonus 5% life-steal based off missing health and bonus 5-10% attack speed.

 Conner's R is Kill Command

What Kill Command does is turn Conner into his wolf form instant and leaps on selected target after 5-10 seconds does 100+50-75% AD and after he leaps on target gives him an instant slow. if already in wolf form all abilities are off cool down and still leaps on target and stuns instead of slows.

If you do decide to put this in game the only thing i ask is to get this champ for free that's the only thing Because i want to work on this guy so he can be my main :P.

All of your ratios and values are way too low. This champ is underbalanced if anything. I'm not much of a numbers guy anyway, but what the heck are you thinking? 5-10 seconds for the ultimate to take effect? Really? And why is Finish Him, a move which implies a sudden deadly strike, so slow? 10 seconds of a really sad buff? And vision of targets in bushes? What? Everything is either slow or weak, with only his Q showing any real "ferocious" gameplay. This champ is so incredibly undertuned, with only 5/8 activatable skills (considering the two forms) that really betray his shape changing mechanic. In all seriousness, this should be overhauled and thought through again. I'm not going to criticize the concept itself: a shapechanging rage based adc is just fine in my book. Let's just consider his strengths and weaknesses. First off, his wolf form is incredibly weak. +10-15 movespeed and +10% attackspeed is not enough to cope with the disadvantage of losing range. At the very least, +25/40/55/70 movespeed and +10/15/20/25% attack speed (scaling with ult rank) is much more reasonable. Additionally, because wolf form is forced to chase after squishies, it should gain extra armor/magic resist and health. Consider how much safety you are trading off by throwing yourself into the enemy team for only +10% AD. Each of his forms needs an appropriate strength (sustained damage for Conner, chasing for wolf). Secondly, his W and E are both extremely passive. A skill called Finish Him (not Finnish) should be grand and deadly, related to executing targets. It shouldn't simply be a passive bonus that you pop before a fight even starts. Replace the W entirely and give both forms new actives. Something like Conner channels for 1 second, readying a final blow. His next basic attack deals 125/130/135/140/145% of his AD plus an additional +10/15/20/25/30% of the enemy's missing health. In Wolf form, passively marks enemies below 20/25/30/35/40% health. Activating this skill on a marked enemy causes Conner to jump towards the target, briefly knocking any units hit aside and dealing 130/135/140/145/150% of his AD to his target. This grants clear strength to both forms for execution and fits with the concept of finishing off a target. Remove the leap from his Q. Ferocious Strike has lots of utility in a fight without chasing potential. Buffing all his damage on this skill will make it feel more impactful, though the stun time should be reduced to 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 as that provides plenty of utility without being extremely abusive (seriously, 3 second stun on leap on one ability?). It helps for self peeling and close range damage. Conner-form Q is just fine, pretty standard and provides him some utility. The E is another matter entirely. Three hit procs on basic attacks are pretty standard and not necessarily bad. The problem is once again the wolf form ability, which doesn't help him chase down targets, only sustain in combat (and as usual, its a pretty poor skill, especially for an adc). For more chase potential, grant another passive or active which helps wolf form get in range for damage. Something along the lines of Conner gains 10/15/20/25/30% increased movement speed towards enemies below 20/25/30/35/40% health. If activated, this bonus triples, decaying over 3 seconds and grants 5/10/15/20/25% damage reduction to Conner for 3 seconds. This gives him a tool for diving into the enemy team and further comboing with his W active. Now Conner is a ranged/melee AD carry who specializes in whittling down his opponents in ranged form and getting that finishing blow off and chasing down low health targets in wolf form. Also, remove that 5-10 second channel on his ult and increase the damage again. It's way too weak. Finally, my suggestion for the E's name is Killing Intent. It suggests the motivation behind whittling down an enemies health with multiple procs and gaining that boost for the final dive. It's an idea alright, but it still requires some MAJOR buffs to make it actually viable and even playable. Keep working on it though, I can tell you worked hard on it :) Reviewer, away!summoner 4
