i recently bought arcade hecarim and don't like it much, (even though it was on sale for 675 rp), so i think is it possible that riot can launch a skin viewer? just like the ability blog, the skin viewer can allow people to see how each ability looks in a skin .
We really need this. Some skins have really nice particles and look cool ingame, even though their splashes are not that interesting
Try using the 3D models in Lolking.net. They give a good idea of what the skin will look like in game without having to buy the skin.
